Brogyntyn Hall

Brogyntyn is the mansion house at the centre of the old Harlech estates land ownership at Oswestry.  Although the present house dates from the 17th century, the core of the house is late 18th century but with extensive 19th century additions.

Having been granted and listed building consent for the dilapidated East Wing in 2016, works are now well under way to bring this somewhat neglected classical country house back into the 21st century and fit for occupation as a modern country estate. At present, the roof is undergoing extensive repairs and alterations whilst preparing for the construction of the new rear extension.
