This project is a new-build manor house in unspoilt eighteenth-century parkland of Shropshire.
The Practice built the house as a private residence. We worked closely to the client’s brief to provide a neo-classical home constructed entirely of sandstone.
The design is at once subtle through the use of pared-back classicism, and imposing in the dramatic setting of the Shropshire countryside. The completed structure extends to a series of outbuildings including an orangery, a swimming pool, garages and stabling.
